Train/tram
From the train stations Amsterdam Centraal, Amsterdam Amstel and Amsterdam Zuid:

  1. Take tram 51, get off the tram at tram stop Ouderkerkerlaan.
  2. At tram stop Ouderkerkerlaan take the stairs and turn right, cross the junction at the traffic lights and follow the road (Groenelaan).
  3. Amstelland Hospital is a 5-minute walk from here. Once you’ve turned the bend you’ll see the building on your left-hand side.
  4. Turn left at the traffic lights. You will see the main entrance on your left-hand side after about a hundred metres.

Bus
Bus stop 'Laan van de Helende Meesters':

  • Bus 146: towards Uithoorn bus station or Amsterdam-ZO Bijlmer/Arena

Bus stop 'Groenelaan':

  • Bus 149: towards Amstelveen KLM headquarters or Uithoorn (Winterkoning)
  • Bus 186: towards Schiphol P30 or Schiphol centre Plaza/NS
  • Bus 199: towards Amsterdam station Zuid or Schiphol airport
  • Bus 354: towards Amstelveen Galjoen or Amsterdam central station (night bus)

Bus stop 'Langerhuize' (from here it's a couple of minutes to walk to the main entrance of the hospital): OV-chip-oplader

  • Bus 300: towards Haarlem Station or Amsterdam-ZO Bijlmer/Arena
  • Bus 146: towards Uithoorn bus station or Amsterdam-ZO Bijlmer/Arena

Public Transport money (chip) loader
In the central hall you can load your Public Transport chip card. The Public Transport chip card works with “the new way of paying by debit card”. This means that you have to leave the credit card in until the transaction has been completed.
